I’ve been helping people feel better, find freedom in their bodies and minds, and improve their health and well-being with the teachings and practices of yoga (with and without the Great Yoga Wall) since 2006. I hold Yoga Alliance’s highest level of certification (E-RYT 500 and YACEP), am a certified yoga therapist with the International Association of Yoga Therapists, and am an Associate Integral Coach.

You can join a session online from your own cozy space or in-person (in Charlotte, NC).
